Introduction

A rare treat for audiences, this ensemble sees Reiko in concert with a selection of the top woodwind chamber musicians in London. They first appeared together during the inaugural season at Cadogan Hall with a concert containing masterpieces of classical and 20th century repertoire and have since performed at King’s Place, around the UK and in Japan.

Repertoire

Repertoire such as Mozart’s sublime Quintet, Prokofiev’s exultant Flute Sonata, the atmospheric Summer Music by Samuel Barber, and the jaunty but melodious Sextet by Poulenc all display the skill and versatility of these renowned musicians. The ensemble also performs works such as the Wind Trio by Ikebe and the sparkling Tombeau de Couperin by Ravel.
